Born and raised in Santa Fe, Jenny is proud to have practiced law in her hometown for the last almost two decades. Jenny’s career began as an associate in the litigation department of the New York City law firm of Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP where she practiced for four years. At Friedman Kaplan, Jenny’s practice focused on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation and arbitration, legal malpractice defense, and white-collar criminal defense. In 2007, Jenny and her family relocated to Santa Fe, where she has been practicing law ever since.

Jenny’s current practice focuses on estate planning, where she believes that sound legal advice is as important as compassion and care. Jenny believes that the estate planning process should be thoughtful and individualized. As recently quoted in the Santa Fe New Mexican, Jenny’s guiding principle in estate planning is that an individual “feels protected and empowered to make estate planning decisions for themselves.”

Jenny also has a wide breadth of experience in employment and contract law, including representing both employees and employers in the negotiation of employment agreements, severance agreements, and other employment contracts. Clients consistently praise Jenny’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and positive results.

Jenny graduated in 1998 from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish. She obtained her law degree in 2003 from New York University School of Law, where she was a Teaching Assistant in Legal Research and Writing and an Assistant Editor for the NYU Moot Court Board.
