Jenny’s legal career began in New York City as an associate in the litigation department at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP. Jenny’s current practice focuses on estate planning, where she believes that sound legal advice is as important as compassion and care. Jenny believes that the estate planning process should be thoughtful and individualized. As recently quoted in the Santa Fe New Mexican, Jenny’s guiding principle in estate planning is that any individual should “feel protected and empowered to make estate planning decisions for themselves.”
In addition to estate planning, Jenny has extensive experience in employment and contract law. She represents both employees and employers in negotiating employment agreements, severance packages, and other contracts. Clients consistently praise Jenny’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and positive results.
