Claudia J. Joseph is a skilled attorney and mediator with 24 years of legal experience in New Mexico. She earned her undergraduate degree in law and sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000.

Claudia’s practice is centered on estate planning, where she believes that thoughtful guidance is just as important as legal expertise. She works closely with clients to create personalized wills, trusts, and asset protection plans, ensuring they feel secure and empowered in their decisions.

In addition to estate planning, Claudia has extensive experience in real estate law. She is also a trained mediator, helping individuals resolve disputes efficiently and amicably.

Claudia is an active member of the legal community and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Women’s Law Center (SWLC). She proudly participated in SWLC’s successful effort to pass the Pregnant Worker Accommodation Act in the 2020 Legislative Session.

When not practicing law, Claudia enjoys tennis, travel, and time with her husband and two children.
