Dan is proud to be from Santa Fe, New Mexico. After attending The University of New Mexico as an undergraduate (B.B.A, Accounting Concentration, 2020), Dan continued is studies at his alma mater’s law school (J.D., magna cum laude, 2024). During law school, he had the opportunity to extern with the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the Law Office of the Public Defender, serve on the Editorial Board of the Tribal Law Journal, and work under the supervision of a diverse array of lawyers who continue to inspire him.
At The Simons Firm, Dan will focus on Real Estate Law and Commercial Litigation. Dan is passionate about nature, literature, and travel, and when he’s not in the office, he can often be found in the mountains or at a coffee shop.
