Dan was born and raised in New Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The University of New Mexico in 2020 before continuing his studies at UNM School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2024.
During law school, Dan gained valuable experience through an externship with the New Mexico Court of Appeals and the Law Office of the Public Defender. He also served on the Editorial Board of the Tribal Law Journal and worked under the mentorship of a diverse range of attorneys, whose dedication and expertise continue to inspire his practice.
At The Simons Firm, Dan’s practice focuses on Real Estate Law and Commercial Litigation. He brings a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to providing thoughtful, strategic solutions to his clients.
Outside of the office, Dan is passionate about nature, literature, and travel. Whether hiking in the mountains or enjoying a quiet moment at a local coffee shop, he embraces the beauty and culture of his home state whenever possible.
